Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and UK AI Jobs (“we”, “us”), which operates UK AI Jobs at ukaijobs.co.uk. By using the site or creating an account you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

1. What the service is

UK AI Jobs is an index of AI, machine-learning and LLM job listings in the United Kingdom. We gather listings from public job boards and company career pages and present them in one place. We are an aggregator and search tool — we are not the employer, recruiter or agency for any role, we do not accept applications, and we play no part in hiring decisions. Every listing links out to the original posting or company site, where the actual application happens.

Listings are provided “as is”. We can’t guarantee that a role is still open, that details such as salary or location are accurate, or that a listing is free of errors — the source controls that. Always confirm the details on the original posting before applying.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You must give an accurate email address, keep your password secure, and you’re responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for a single individual; don’t share credentials. You must be at least 16 to create an account. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

3. Pro subscription and lifetime access

Free accounts can browse and search the board. A paid Pro plan additionally unlocks salary details, direct apply links, and saved searches with daily email alerts. We offer two options:

  • Monthly — £4.99/month. A recurring subscription that renews automatically each month until you cancel.
  • Lifetime — £25 once. A single payment for ongoing Pro access, for as long as UK AI Jobs operates as a service. “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the service, not a guarantee of perpetual operation.

Payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method the applicable fee (plus any tax) on the stated schedule. Prices are in pounds sterling. We may change prices, but a change to an active monthly subscription will only take effect after we give you reasonable notice.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time from your account or the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges; your Pro access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. 5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, crawl, bulk-download or systematically copy listings or other content except through features we provide;
  • resell, redistribute or build a competing dataset or product from our content;
  • attempt to bypass the Pro paywall, access controls or rate limits, or share paid content with people who haven’t paid;
  • disrupt or overload the service, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
  • use the service for anything unlawful.

6. Intellectual property

The site’s design, layout, branding and the way listings are organised, classified and presented belong to us. Individual job listings remain the property of their original sources. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own job search.

7. Third-party sites

Applying to a role takes you to a third-party site (a job board or a company’s own careers page). We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, their application process, their privacy practices or their treatment of your data. Their terms apply when you’re on them.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings are current, complete or accurate. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited under law. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or £50. We are not liable for lost opportunities, lost earnings, or the outcome of any job application. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. You can stop using the service at any time. If we discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice where we can, and the Refund Policy governs any refund of prepaid fees.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights in the country where you live.
