Key Responsibilities * Manage AI and digital solution projects from planning to delivery * Coordinate technical teams, project timelines, and client requirements * Support automation, data-driven tools, and digital transformation initiatives * Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and practical technology solutions * Monitor project progress, risks, budgets, and service quality standards * Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates for management * Support process improvement, documentation, and team development What We Are Looking For Experience * Experience in AI solutions, digital transformation, IT services, automation, data projects, or technology project management * Previous supervisory or team coordination experience is preferred * Experience working with technical teams, software platforms, or client-facing digital projects is an advantage Skills * AI solutions management * Digital transformation and automation planning * Project coordination and stakeholder management * Data awareness and technology service delivery * Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills Education * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field * Professional certifications in AI, data analytics, cloud technology, Agile, Scrum, or project management are an advantage Pay: £54,000.00-£72,000.00 per year Benefits: * Company events * Employee mentoring programme * Financial planning services * Health \& wellbeing programme * Language training provided Work Location: In person
