🚀 Hiring: Expert AI Engineer | GenAI / LLMs | Series B Fintech | London I’m working with a well-funded Series B fintech that’s building a brand-new GenAI platform used by leading banks, hedge funds and asset managers . They’re looking for an experienced AI Engineer to take significant ownership of the architecture and help build production-grade AI systems from the ground up. What you’ll be working on: * Building and scaling LLM-powered applications across complex financial datasets * Developing RAG, retrieval, reasoning, embeddings and search systems * Building reliable, production-grade GenAI pipelines and backend services * Owning projects end-to-end, from architecture and prototyping through to production * Improving AI accuracy, latency, reliability and explainability What they’re looking for: * Circa 10+ years’ software engineering experience * Strong production experience with GenAI / LLM applications * Excellent backend engineering skills — ideally Python * Strong system design and architecture experience * Experience working with large, complex datasets 📍 London Victoria – Hybrid 💰 Up to £120,000 base + equity 📈 Series B / established customer base / new AI product This is a great opportunity for someone who wants genuine ownership rather than joining an established AI team and maintaining what’s already there.
